The hotel offered a very comfortable and clean room with a spacious bathroom and a good-sized shower. The breakfast was also enjoyable with good quality options. the hotel is situated in a great location for access to local amenities and tourist attractions.

The service from the receptionist was poor. I had issues with the heating in my room and despite repeatedly complaining, it was not resolved until very late at night.

The location was ideal, right next to the castle in the prettiest part of town. Accessible and comfortable room, with a newly renovated bathroom. Excellent dinner in the restaurant - tasty food, good portions, and fair prices. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to assist.

Located in the heart of the historic district, this hotel is a great base for exploring the city's attractions. You can easily walk to the castle and museum. the breakfast is nice and the room is spacious, with a comfy bed and a good view from the balcony. Staff is very kind.

The hotel was conveniently located making it easy to explore the town during my business trip. the buffet breakfast offered a great variety, including delicious pastries and fresh fruit. the staff were friendly and courteous, always willing to assist with any request or inquiry.

The room lacked some basic amenities such as air fresheners in the bathroom and there were small spiders in the corners. the walk to the nearest station with a suitcase required care and attention due to the mosaic pavement.
